D.A.V. college Muzaffarnagar has always been on the forefront of any socially and culturally relevant movement. For the last two decades a vibrant chapter of SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongs Youth) is creating waves not only among the students of the college, but sensitizing the youth of the entire western U.P. and Uttarakhand about our rich cultural heritage. The college has played a host to a number of programmes of the stalwarts in the field of classical music, dance and folk etc. Artists like Uma Sharma, Kiran Sehgal, Malbika Mitra, Heela Samson, Shovna Narayan, Songhjeet Singh & Charu ShijaMathur, Fariduddin Dagar, Uday Bhawalkar, Reeta Ganguly, U. Sriniwas , Ronu Majumdar, Bhajan Sopori, Shahid Parvez, Prateek Chaudhary, Chhau Group, Shambhu Hegde, Sharif Iddu Dade, Langa & Manga, niyars have all performed in the college.
