Academic: Academic syllabus for UG & PG courses is decided by the
university in both theory and
practical courses, but the assessment of the performance of the
students is judged by the faculty members of the department by applying
different ways just as deciding the
projects of M.Sc., organisation of seminars by all the M.Sc.
students and assessment of practical work of B.Sc. students.
Administrative: Distribution of
teaching and non-teaching work among the teaching staff is done by the HOD
through mutual consent & discussion. Departmental work to the non-teaching
staff is also assigned by HOD.
Financial: Annual
grant is allocated to the department by the Principal which is
utilized by HOD as per the requirement of the department.
